Corley Proprietary Red Wine
Our Corley Proprietary Red Wine is a rich and opulent blend of the deep, dark, concentrated flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon with the body and spiciness of Cabernet Franc plus the fruit and suppleness of Merlot. With sensuous aromas of ripe red berry and black fruits, this supple wine has a generous, velvety texture on the palate, where layers of berry and black fruit flavors build atop compelling cocoa, anise, and sweet vanillin oak flavors. The finish is elegant, richly textured, long and lingering. Our Corley Proprietary Red Wine is a contemporary wine. Although collectable for long cellaring, this wine distinguishes itself by showing softer fruit and texture earlier in the wine's life. We trust that you will enjoy it from the moment the wine is released as well as in the years to follow.

Estate Grown Chardonnay
Our Estate Grown Chardonnays offer bright, full-intensity aromatics featuring lemon and citrus, tropical notes, and the influence of toasty, spicy, new French oak. The flavors follow similarly and lead you to think of lemon cream or lemon meringue pie, because of the richness in the wine. The wine is medium-full bodied and beautifully textured with the perfect level of acidity to maintain liveliness and vibrancy.

Estate Grown Merlot
Our Estate Grown Merlots display intense aromatics of blueberries, red berries, black fruits, and roasted nuts along with toasted oak. Medium to full-bodied, it shows a luxurious richness of sweet fruit flavors with moderate tannin levels. The bright fruit accompanies a suppleness that shows in the mouth-feel of the final wine. Although ready to drink today, our merlots are well structured and age well. The Oak Knoll district of Napa Valley is home to our merlot vineyards, where we planted two clones of merlot (#181 and #6) from which we produce lush grapes power-packed with intense flavors and an abundance of bright fruit.

Estate Grown Pinot Noir
Ripe berry and black cherries dominate the aromatics in our Estate Grown Pinot Noir. The flavors follow with raspberry and hints of strawberry. The texture is rich and elegant, the finish is long on the palate. Bright fruit and toasty sweet oak balance the soft tannins.

Montreaux Brut Sparkling Wine
The commitment to produce California’s finest vintage Brut prompted the development of Montreaux in 1983. Montreaux is entirely hand crafted, from planting of the vines to the labeling of each bottle. This is our guarantee of quality and enjoyment by each of our customers. The grapes are grown on our estate owned vineyards in the Oak Knoll District of the Napa Valley: our Home Ranch Vineyard and our Knollwood Vineyard. This region of Napa Valley provides a cool climate from which we produce grapes that are lush with rich flavors and an abundance of fruit. Adopting some of the oldest champagne making techniques (which today are used by only a few producers in the world, such as Krug and Bollinger), Domaine Montreaux is barrel fermented and barrel aged. These ‘old world’ techniques coupled with long aging time in the bottle (10 years or more en tirage) produces the creamy richness and depth that is the hallmark of our Montreaux style.
