The Southern Tier Brewing Company taproom in Cleveland is a brand new, state-of-the-art brewery and taproom, located in downtown Cleveland, OH. The Prospect Avenue venue, our second satellite taproom, is a short walk from Quicken Loans Arena and Progressive Field, where we’re pouring fresh Southern Tier beers, serving a full, chef-created, beer-inspired food menu and offering a selection of Southern Tier favorites to-go (in cans, bottles and growler/crowler fills).
The 30+ taps at the brand new, 811 Prospect Avenue East facility, will not only serve traditional Southern Tier favorites such as Nu Skool IPA, 8 Days A Week and Pumking Imperial Ale, but is home to its own brewing facility, producing brand new, ‘Cleveland Brew’d’ specialty beers, barrel aged products and sours – all to the taste of the local, Cleveland consumers. The kitchen will be serving a big and bold food menu, inspired by Southern Tier beers, developed by our Executive chef and his amazing team. From braises and sauces to brines and desserts, everything is made from scratch and incorporates our beers in the recipes.
The street-level tasting room features a barrel-aging basement lounge and will be home to weekly events, providing beer enthusiasts and the Cleveland community access to a truly unique tasting experience where craft beer fanatics can come together and enjoy our craft.
