Brooklyn Oenology The first winery with operations established in Brooklyn, Brooklyn Oenology, aka BOE, was founded in 2006 by winemaker Alie Shaper. Our wines are produced exclusively from grapes grown in New York and each wine features a work by a Brooklyn-based artist.
