Black Dirt Distillery

The Black Dirt Distilling Co. a spinoff of Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery was formed in March of 2012 and will take over the distilling operations of the Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery. The newly formed company has constructed a 4,000 square foot Distillery along with a 60ft distillation column in Pine Island, NY.
Black Dirt Distillery co-founders and managing partners, Jason Grizzanti and Jeremy Kidde, anticipate being fully operational in the fall of 2013. The new still will be used in the production of Black Dirt Bourbon and Black Dirt Apple Jack, two signature products in the distillery’s repertoire.
