Diamond
Also known as Moore’s Diamond, it was hybridized by Jacob Moore of Brighton, New York, in 1885. The wine was popular in NY many years ago, and was known as the first quality dry wine produced from Labrusca grapes. This all but forgotten grape was brought back into production at Candia Vineyards where it delights the unsuspecting with an intense aroma. Candia Vineyards makes this in a fruity off-dry style which complements your favorite spicy Asian cuisine.

Frontenac
Our award winning Frontenac has unusually intense fruit overtones that belie it’s classic dryness. Stunning red color.
|
Frontenac Gris
A natural sport of Frontenac, ours is finished dry and you'll soon forget about your favorite Spanish rose!
|
LaCrosse
Another first for NH! Our LaCrosse is a dry white wine with grassy overtones, and a huge hit with our loyal following around Lake Sunapee. Lobsters and bisque anyone?
|
Marechal Foch
A medium bodied wine from our own grapes. Originating in France, it tolerates the cold well and ripens nicely here in NH. This grape can be made in a number of ways from lighter to a dark red - ours is a full bodied red.
|
Noiret
WOW! Our Noiret has classically intense pepper and mocha overtones, and is one of the highest rated of this varietal in the world. We are the first to grow this grape in NH, which has a complex background bred at the University of Cornell in 1973. It's dry, intense, and one of the richest wines from a cold-hardy grape made in New England, and our wine has won a medal in every competition entered.

Riesling
Off-dry with amazing aromas. One of the most versatile white wines.
