Blackberry HoneyWine
No sulfites or preservatives added! Kosher.
Great blackberry flavor with a kiss of honey. Try it chilled before or after dinner, with dark chocolate. Our Summer favorite: put ice in the blender, cover it with Blackberry Honeywine, blend and serve.
This wine should retain its fruity flavor for 6 months to a year, or longer if kept cool i.e. cellar temperature. We have enjoyed some bottles of 3 and 4 year old blackberry honeywine; they matured into wine that was less fruity and more port-like.

Cherry Honeywine
Like cherry pie; this is HoneyRun's sweetest variety. Try it chilled before or after dinner, or with creamy (non-blue) cheeses and crackers. Simmer pears in it, mix it into whipped cream icing.
Cherry Honeywine should retain its fruity flavor for 6 months to a year, or longer if kept cool i.e. cellar temperature. We have enjoyed some bottles of aged cherry honeywine; it took on a mature less fruity flavor.

Cranberry Honeywine
A crisp, sweet, yummy wine. Serve chilled before or after dinner or with fruit desserts. We also like this wine mixed with equal parts of Blackberry Honeywine over ice.
Cranberry Honeywine should retain its fruity flavor for 6 months to a year if kept cool. We have found that this wine does not benefit from aging.

Dry Mead
This is a VERY DRY AND SIMPLE Mead, made by fermenting honey with no fruit and no sulfites and almost no residual sugar. Ours is a lot less sweet than most meads, and should go well with fish and hors d'oeuvres. We have noticed that people who like beer tend to like this wine, and those who LOVE our sweet Blackberry might NOT like this dry Mead. And be warned; Mead generally throws a sediment and gets cloudy. We have not overcome this, but we have found the flavor of our Mead to be unaffected by the sediment.

Elderberry Honeywine
This wine is more like a grape wine than HoneyRun's other varieties, and is on the sweet side. It has been refered to as "instant port" by numerous tasters. Our winemaker enjoys Elderberry Honeywine with chicken, tangy salads, and by itself.
Elderberry Honeywine should retain its fruity flavor for up to a year, or longer if kept cool i.e. cellar temperature. I have tried bottles now that were kept under the stairs for two years, and they were fabulous! We still have not discovered how long before Elderberry goes over the hill.
