This wine like its twin LaCrosse is dry white wine. It however was fermented in American Oak barrels. This wine has a smooth finish with hints of vanilla.

In Scotland the McFarland family was well know for their cattle rustling under the cover of night (or cattle relocation program as we like to call it). Named for the beautiful landscape of the Nebraska prairie this wine lives up to its name. This wine is made from 100% of the finest apples from Kimmel Orchards in Nebraska City. It has been bottle aged for one year giving it a smooth vanilla finish.
