Located in Seattle, Schooner EXACT is a mile and a half south of the Stadiums at 3901 1st Ave South. In addition to its production facilities, the 1st Ave. warehouse features an indoor/outdoor tap room where guests are invited to sample the myriad of Schooner EXACT ales on tap while eating a delicious meal from our kitchen.
In addition to the tap room, Schooner EXACT beer can be found in bars and restaurants within the state of Washington, along the I-5 corridor from Bellingham to Portland. Today the brewery produces over 13 varieties of beer, including seasonals, special-event beers, an ongoing project of imperial-styles, and the occasional one-of’s just for fun.
