What happens when British and German neighbors need a way to pass the time watching football (soccer) on a Sunday morning? We decided to start brewing beer. While thinking of names for the beers we kept landing on philosophers, scientists, and great thinkers...people who made a difference by creating wonderfully and sometimes dangerously new ideas that could change the world.
