Products

  Boar Doe
A classic Bordeaux blend with 40% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petite Verdot completing the blend. This is a very complex but enjoyable wine that has been compared to some of the best wines of the world.
  Cabernet Sauvignon
Barrel samples of this Cabernet came alive with currants and black cherries with a hint of tobacco. We would recommend lamb chops prepared in a rosemary herb sauce, duck or a hearty steak. Drinking a glass of this wine with a simple fire and a good book is an enjoyable way to wind down the day.
  Chardonnay
The apples, pears and a hint of citrus bursts from your glass in this carefully crafted wine. There is a slight hint of oak but don?t expect to get bogged down with a heavy styled Chardonnay because this one is light, spritzy and full of energy. A lightly grilled tuna steak with sesame seeds is a great start for the meal.
  Chenin Blanc
The start of summer has arrived with this wine. Demi-sweet and perfect with a cheese plate, fruit or a light salad.
  Estate Blush 2004
The Estate Blush is 85% Chenin Blanc and 15% Merlot and is a great addition to brisket and barbequed chicken. The unique European rose’ wine style compliments any picnic especially when served with swiss or natural goat cheese.
  Merlot
A Texas Hill Country Merlot that will mesmerize you and your friends. A smooth, well balanced but delicate wine, having a black cherry nose, plum accents and a hint of pepper. It was aged a full year in French and American oak and is alive with soft chewy tannins. We recommend pairing this fabulous wine with smoked quail, duck, lamb, pork loin or venison
  Ruby Port
A great after dinner treat to the palate. Bring on the double chocolate desserts and smooth conversation.
  White Merlot
A Christmas classic that was introduced first at Rose Hill Manor, Stonewall, Texas. The ruby color grabs your attention and the fruity nose excites you as you savor the sweetness and fruit forward presentation of a grand red grape. It is a blend of Merlot and Chenin Blanc (85%/15% respectively). We recommend smoked turkey for this or any pasta dish to your liking.
