Zaftig is all about full bodied ales for a full bodied experience.
We've spent significant time doing market research (well yea, drinking beer) and have really developed a taste for some of the best craft beers around. We truly respect the innovators and leaders of the craft beer industry (too many to name here, but the likes of Dogfish Head, Stone, Rogues, Bells, Founders, etc...). When you hear a musician talk about their inspiration coming from other great musicians that came before them, we think of our beer in the same light. We aim to produce every beer to the standards of our favorite beers from the breweries we admire. With that, we've coined our motto, full bodied ales for a full bodied experience.
