"Black Box" Zinfandel
Z, the Zinfandel factor is directly proportional to a, the alcoholic strength and b, the body. Both a and b are exponentially enhanced by r, the raspberry fruit quotient. Z is inversely proportional to B, the barrel aging which is kept to a minimal t, time.

“CABERNIE” Cabernet
Grapes grown by Bernie Georg.” The personality of the grower is reflected in the character of this wine. Ebullient, black fruit aromas and flavors, a rotund middle, and as well balanced as Bernie wearing short pants… A watermelon on toothpicks !”

“Estate” Apple Chardonnay
By far the favorite pie of the Three Stooges was apple. This blend of 50% apple and 50% Chard will surely become one of your favorites by delivering fresh apple aromas and flavors backed by the strength of the spicy, doughy chardonnay....A Three Stooges delight-Apple Pie in Your Face!!!

Apple Merlot
One of our two signature wines. Made with apples from our very own family ranch in See Canyon and blended with Merlot grapes from the Ted R. Cooper ranch in Paso Robles. We call this one the “Hot Tub Wine”.

Chardonnay
Surely all you groovy freaks will tune in to this iron butterfly of Chardonnays. Like a walk in the garden of Eden,(In-A-Godda-Da-Vida), this Chard lays down a dense fog of tropical fruit aromas, as dense as Mary Jane at a 60’s rock concert and ends with a viscous texture as thick as a lava lamp.

Merlot
This wine displays the classic Merlot expression with ripe cherry fruit, tobacco and bay leaf aromas and flavors. The mid palate has an olive oil-like peppery spice and finishes with a minty tannin structure.

Orange Muscat
Zest of orange, Tail of cat, Warm in strength, Forever on length

Pinot Noir
This wine fulfills my definition of a Pinot Noir: Bright cherry and plum fruit aromas and flavors backed by a smoky-earthy-coffee complex. A soft textured mid pallet is followed by a firm and spicy tannin structure.

Port
Dense Blackberry fruit is backed by a rich macadamia nut oiliness. Black molasses and chocolate flavors round out the middle palate which continues with a long, raspberry jam finish.

Syrah
If variety is the spice of life and pepper the spice of syrah, then syrah is the wine of life.
