Products

  Blackberry Wine
Earthy Cabernet. This off-dry wine is made with plump, fresh-pressed Nooksack Valley marionberries, the world's lushest, juiciest, tastiest blackberries. It has delicate fruit fragrance and a complex flavor profile with undertones of cabernet. Many of our customers simply sip it chilled at cocktail hour, or blend it with champagne for a unique wine cooler. It complements many foods--take it outdoors to accompany picnic chicken or barbecued salmon. It pairs equally well with poultry or red meat--try it alongside lamb, turkey or in any festive meal. It's well suited with desserts, meringues, fruit, or chocolate.
  Cassis (Black Currant Dessert Wine)
Currants au courant. Capturing the very soul of fresh black currants, our Cassis is sweet, dark and remarkable, yet tart with a little tannin. It's a heavyweight- so sip it like Port with chocolate or roasted nuts; enjoy it with blue-veined cheeses, game pates or a good cigar. It's a great baseline for a Kir, and its gorgeous purple color makes spritzers and coolers festive and special. It's always delicious in smoothies or over French Vanilla ice cream.
  Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich wine that's heady with ripe fruit and hints of currants. Its well-balanced acid and age-worthy tannins make it ready to drink now--but lay it down for a couple of years, and it'll get even better. Great with a steak or leg of lamb but also try it with hearty tomato-y pastas like lasagna.
  Columbia Valley Chardonnay
Though it is vinted off dry, our chard is fruity with subtle murmurings of apple and pineapple. It's full bodied with a good acid balance and really tastes and smells like its namesake grape, not oak. It's great for casual drinking, but the rich lingering taste complements smoked fish, cured meats, hearty beef-based soups and ragouts or sharp cheeses like Reggiano.
  Columbia Valley Merlot
This popular, dark ruby red wine has hints of berries and intimations of black cherry. It is full-bodied with lots of tannin for good aging potential and has the distinct varietal flavor and aroma that will please the legions of merlot devotees. When we think merlot, we think salmon, but this versatile quaffing wine pairs as well with red meats, spicy foods, and pasta.
  Columbia Valley Riesling
Our Riesling seduces with the delicious fruit flavors and inimitable perfume of peaches, pears, and pineapples. We've vinified it off dry, so it's easy drinking and well balanced to complement all types of foods. It's perfectly suited for Asian dishes, shellfish, or halibut, but shows its amazing versatility when accompanying pasta, paella or cheese and fruit.
  Columbia Valley Sauvignon Blanc
This is a delicious example of Washington's cool climate wines. There are hints of grapefruit and gooseberry in the nose, but it's full-bodied with a good acid balance. It drinks clean and fresh and goes wonderfully with fruit and cheese, Asian food, seafood or a little spare time on the patio.
  Framboise (Raspberry Dessert Wine)
Bold Meekers. It's the very essence of raspberries. We use only fresh-pressed Meeker berries raised on our own farm. Meekers are held in highest regard for their concentrated flavor and aroma. A richly red cordial with impeccable fruit character, our Framboise is made with the traditional technique perfected by vintners of fine Port wines. This is a lovely tippling wine--sip it chilled as a summer-y aperitif with light hors d'oeuvres; after dinner with cheese or with all manner of desserts- especially dark chocolate ones. Chefs tell us they use it in Raspberry Vinaigrette, marinades, or sauces for chicken, duck, squab or cheesecake.
  Logan (Loganberry Dessert Wine)
Intense with Intention. One of our most popular cordials, this is a full-bodied nectar that tastes and smells, well, like loganberries--the remarkable wild cross between blackberries and red raspberries. It's versatile- you can sip it chilled as an aperitif; over ice at the beach or as the perfect foil for a fruity dessert or a hard day.
  Loganberry Wine
Juicy Chillin' Here's a light, off-dry refresher that shouts, "Loganberries!" Here's a wine for people who think they don't like wine. We've taken the real juice flavors of this amazing wild cross between blackberries and red raspberries and put them into a great-valued, approachable bottle of wine. Pour it over ice for warm weather kick-back time; or make tangy picnic pairings with chicken, barbecue or just about any salad. It's amazing with Asian food. Serve it chilled with fruit, smoked salmon, cheese, and light snacks.
  Oro (Hazelnut Dessert Wine)
Subtly Nutty. Here's a golden wine that's nuanced, fragrant and sophisticated. For over 100 years, the temperate climate of our northwest corner of the U.S. has allowed for cultivation of some of the finest hazelnuts on earth. We crush and lightly roast the nuts, giving them rich flavor and savory aroma before we ferment them into this premium wine. Tops for on the rocks or over French Vanilla ice cream; Oro works for coffee drinks and dessert sauces. See our Recipes Ideas for cocktail and dessert suggestions.
  Raspberry Wine
Remarkably Raspberry. This vibrant ruby red off-dry wine is our most popular offering. It's a wine for people who think they don't like wine. We make it from our own farm's lush, ripe Meeker raspberries, the variety known for its intense flavor and rich bouquet. With its fresh, very-berry fragrance, our Raspberry Wine is drier than its nose would lead you to believe. Good acidity balances the sugar, so this fresh-tasting wine served ice cold is great for a day at the beach, or hanging out just about anywhere. Our foodie friends agree that it complements grilled fish, or chicken; it's a natural with Asian foods, salads, and mild cheeses such as brie or camembert. Give it a splash of sparkling mineral water, you'll have a thirst-quencher that's delicious, rejuvenating and drop-dead gorgeous.
