Schwenk Wine Cellars
|
|
From the famed wine regions of Germany to a small family-owned vineyard and winery in Upstate Western New York, the award-winning wines of Schwenk Wine Cellars beckon not only to experienced wine lovers, but to those new to the adventure as well.
Paul and Cathy Schwenk warmly invite you to visit their wine-tasting room and sample their unique selection of semi-dry to sweet wines in a quaint, relaxing setting.
Beginning with recipes passed down from his great-grandfather--a wine maker from Germany--Paul has been making award-winning wines since 1983. Over the years he has experimented with various grapes, fruits, and techniques and perfected a collection of wines meant to drink and enjoy with friends and family during holidays, special occasions, and dinners at home.

Directions
4 Miles North of Albion
Take Route 98 north from Albion to Route 18 East; go about two miles east on 18 to Bills Road and turn left, or north.
Please Note: Bills Road intersects with Rt. 18 at a "T" intersection, going north. To help spot Bills Road, look for the blue NY State Point of Interest sign directing you to our winery. (There will also be a road sign for Bills Road, however this sign is occassionally missing as pranksters tend to remove it at least once a year, depending on how the Buffalo Bills are doing in football.)
10 Miles West of Kendall
Follow Route 18 west about ten miles to Bills Road (see note above) and turn right, or north.
