The Four Graces
|
|
Steve and Paula Black began the pursuit of a dream when in 2003 they purchased the 110-acre vineyard located in the Red Hills of Dundee and created The Four Graces. The Four Graces is aptly named after their four daughters – Alexis, Vanessa, Christiana, and Jillian. Brother Nicholas is recognized on the Reserve as "Keeper of The Four Graces." The Blacks wanted to make consistently outstanding Pinot Noirs representative of this unique terroir. They are committed to making rich, complex wines where the fruit may be elegantly expressed in the Four Graces wines. The wines are luxuriously produced in small lots using traditional techniques coupled with the most modern technology available.

Pinot Blanc
Our Pinot Blanc achieves its intense flavors from the top of the vineyard bowl. The mouthfeel is an elegant blend of banana, stone fruit and vanilla, while aromas of orange blossom and melon dance in your glass.
|
Pinot Gris
The 2004 Estate Grown Pinot Gris is very fragrant, combining aromas of Asian pear, citrus blossom and honey comb. Beautifully paired with crab cakes, oysters or salmon.
|
Pinot Noir Estate
Our Pinot Noir marks its voluptuous impression immediately, with a sweetness of nougatine and almond tones, red fruit mixed with rose petals and soft oak, a dominance of vanilla. The tannins are integrated and fine, the finish very long. You can enjoy this wine now, but it will continue to evolve, with its prime in 3-5 years.

Pinot Noir Reserve
The 2003 Pinot Noir Reserve is powerful and complex with layers of blueberry, cassis and subtle mineral aromas that grace the glass.
