Barrier Island Brewing opened its doors in late October 2019.
We offer a unique experience that celebrates craftsmanship and promotes local food, beverages, and artisans. We brew all our beer on site using the innovative SmartBrew system, which, partnered with Brian Watson (one of the most celebrated and respected BrewMasters on the planet) allows us to craft some seriously tasty beers.
SmartBrew allows the experts to create a flawless high-gravity wort and, once on site, we can fine-tune the beer by adding the dry-hops, flavorings, and yeast to sate local taste.
In addition to our craft beer selection, we have an extensive craft cocktail list, delicious beer cocktails, and even some wine options for non-beer drinkers. That's not even mentioning the food--everything goes good with beer!
