How DFQ?
In 2020, the brewing adventure began when Andrew Whitaker and a friend decided to try their hand at crafting beer. Starting modestly with a one gallon kit that they ordered off the Internet, their passion for brewing blossomed. Progressing from the small one gallon batches to five gallons, they delved into the art, experimenting with ingredients. As their expertise grew, they ventured into crafting original recipes, adding a unique touch to their creations. The defining moment arrived when the friend snapped a photo of Andrew's comical expression of disbelief while holding a beer. The result? Dafuque, a name born from their shared sense of humor. Today, Dafuque Beer embodies a journey of laughter-infused experiments from brewing novices to creators of uniquely enjoyable and flavorful craft brews.
