Cabernet Sauvignon - Santa Clara Valley, Unfiltered
Chalky tannins with aromas of earth, molasses, and plum. The finish is long and slightly astringent with a hint of cinnamon and spice.
  Chardonnay - Santa Clara Valley
100% barrel fermentation, aged sur lie for 20 months in both American and French oak barrels. Medium-bodied. Hints of pear, spice, ginger, and a finish of hickory.
  Merlot - Santa Clara Valley
Big and meaty! Aged for 20 months in American and French oak barrels, this Merlot exhibits firm, ripe tannins with aromas of plum, caramel, and leather. The finish is long and smooth with hints of cocoa and currant.
  Sauvignon Blanc - Monterey
Aromas of grapefruit and lemongrass come from the early harvested fruit, while the later harvested fruit provides tropical fruit and melon. Fermented and aged exclusively in stainless steel, this wine is light and fresh with a clean, crisp finish.
  Syrah - Santa Clara Valley
This Syrah first exhibits its dark, purple color and then surrenders its fresh aromas of blueberries, black cherry, smoke, and black tea. The finish is long and rich with soft, ripe tannins. Aged for 17 months in 50% new French oak barrels. This wine is excellent on its own or with grilled or roasted meats and bold cheeses.
Uvas Transition Wine - Santa Clara Valley
Medium-bodied proprietary wine (Cabernet Sauvignon: 67%, Chardonnay: 33%) with nice cherry and spice nuances. Step out of the box! Light on tannins and easy drinking. A perfect red for warm summer nights.
