  “Accolade” Sparkling Chardonnay
“…this sparkling Chardonnay, a tasting room favorite, was made for the owners’ son’s wedding. It is a charming summer wine with a touch of bubbly. Slightly sweet green apple flavors are balanced by refreshing acidity. Accolade is a lightly effervescent, fun wine, perfect for brunch.“
  “Invitation” Chardonnay
“…another lively Chardonnay from LongSword Vineyard in the Applegate Valley, this wine is a bit rounder than the 2002, reflecting the warmer growing season of 2003. Pear, lemon and mineral notes are accentuated by the tangy finish. Bright, crisp acidity focuses the bright fruit and floral aromas. Well balanced, this wine pairs perfectly with seafood and cream sauces.“
