We were founded in 2010 in East Bayside on Anderson Street, where we still are today, though we have expanded a great deal since then. Our menu is broad, featuring Kombucha, Cider, Mead, Beer, Jun and Vinegar, all made by UFF. We strive to feature local, organic, seasonal ingredients that we source from local farmers and forage for ourselves.
