William Hill Winery William Hill Winery is located along the Silverado Bench, just south of Stags' Leap District in southern Napa Valley. Since our beginning in 1978, William Hill Winery has developed a reputation for producing rich, intense Napa Valley wines with a distinctive elegance. Focusing on Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, we produce three tiers of wine: Napa Valley, Napa Valley Reserve and Aura Cabernet Sauvignon. Each showcases our outstanding grape sources and offers the signature elegance of William Hill Winery.

  Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of ginger, toffee and cherry leads to a coffee bean, mocha and spice tea infused mid-palate. The mouth impression is loaded with plush tannins and finishes with leather, smoke and hints of tobacco.
  Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a supple yet substantial wine, exhibiting aromas of cassis, currant and raspberry. A small percentage of grapes are whole berry fermented, contributing softness in the tannin structure and an added richness, polished texture and body.
  Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon / Malbec
This winery exclusive release of Cabernet Sauvignon & Malbec leads with a bright spicy nose, aromas of plum, black cherry and raspberry with nuances of sage and tobacco. A plush broad mouthfeel with a rich, weighty mid-palate follows. The tannins are This wine is 100% Napa Valley and a winery exclusive offering.
  Napa Valley Chardonnay
This 2003 Chardonnay is sourced primarily from our Carneros Buchli Station estate and from the Atlas Peak AVA, both in the Napa Valley. This Chardonnay is smooth, creamy and fruit-forward, with firm acidity and a varied palette of flavors typical of a cooler climate Chardonnay. Intense tropical fruit, buttery pear, bright citrus and mango. A lovely Chardonnay that pairs beautifully with a wide variety of foods.
  Napa Valley Malbec
One of the five grape varieties used in Bordeaux blends, Malbe, is not widely bottled alone except in Argentina and Chile. Our first release is a rich, medium-bodied, balanced wine. Inky blue in color, it exhibits full flavors of rich red fruits - raspberry, strawberry and blueberry. Like Petit Verdot, Malbec pairs beautifully with red meat and hearty roasts, particularly beef, duck and pork.
  Napa Valley Merlot
oduced from fruit grown primarily in the mountain and benchland vineyards of the Napa Valley, this Merlot offers a joyous expression of Merlot. The aromas are a combination of ripe black cherry, red berries and licorice accented by smoky, spicy oak. The flavors are open, bright red fruit in the mouth, with soft tannins and a long, supple finish.
  Napa Valley Petit Verdot
This Petit Verdot is a deep, inky purple. Richly perfumed with bright blueberries, plums and licorice on the nose, with spice and flinty smokiness. The rich mouthfeel creates a wonderful sense of power and finesse. Well balanced with ripe, elegant tannins and balanced acidity. This rich and hearty wine will pair wonderfully with meats such as, rib eye steak or game hen as well as aged cheeses.
  Napa Valley Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
This is an elegant and balanced wine. The aromas are excellent, combining dark blackberries well integrated with oak, cherry and some chocolate. The flavors of the juicy full body fill the mouth with a lush feeling of supple tannins that linger on a long finish. There is good concentration and the acidity and tannin structure give it great aging potential.
  Napa Valley Reserve Chardonnay
2004 vintage was a great vintage for ripe Chardonnay from the Estate vineyards. This reserve Chardonnay shows explosive aromas of tangerine, ripe pear and tropical fruit complemented by smoky oak. The wine emphasizes minerality on the palate, with tremendous flavor complexity, rich, plush mouthfeel and exceptional length and breadth.
